MOKIRE
How we write.
Useful information, a clear point of view, and a visible trail back to the source.
A point of view, with a basis.
Each note combines editorial judgment with research. “I” expresses a column’s perspective: how its writer would weigh a route, choose a slower alternative, or approach a booking. Our fixed bylines—Ella Morgan, Ben Carter, Nina Park, and Leo Bennett—are editorial pen names, not claims of a particular person’s biography or residence.
Published experiences stay with their source.
When we refer to another traveler’s experience, we identify the original account and link to it. We do not turn someone else’s journey into an invented visit by a Mokire author. Worked itineraries and hypothetical decisions are presented as planning examples.
Check the detail that changes the day.
We favor transport operators, attraction managers, tourism offices, and original reports for practical details. Each guide includes a checked date and sources. Timetables, accessibility, closures, fares, and entry rules can change; follow the current operator instructions when booking or traveling. Route sequences are editorial suggestions, not a guarantee that every segment is accessible to every traveler.
Photographs have their own story.
Images are licensed photographs of the places or subjects described in their captions. The photographer and source appear with the article and on our photography page. A photograph does not imply that a Mokire author took it or visited the place.
Corrections and commercial relationships.
Send factual corrections to hello@mokire.com. We review the source and update affected passages and the checked date when warranted. This edition contains no paid placements, affiliate links, or display advertising. If that changes, relevant commercial relationships will be disclosed alongside the content.
